My name is Chad. I am 26 years old and my goal in sharing about myself is that something you learn about me will help you on your journey. I want to share a little bit of my personal life, where I have been, and where I am going.
The 3 words that I would use to describe myself = Motivated. Friendly. Fun.
In 2012, I married the girl of my dreams and we are the parents of 1 girl who just turned 1 year old and another baby girl on the way in June 2017. They are the reason I do what I do and I could not be happier to be a part of their team.
Some things that keep me occupied are family, working full time, creating a podcast (Habit Hacked), exercise, and finding new opportunities to build business (real estate, apps, personal development programs).
A fun fact about myself is that I was the best shallow diver in my swimming lesson class when I was a kid… no joke!
I want to get to know you so don’t be shy and feel free to reach out. I would love to hear about what you have got going on and how you are crushing it out there. Together we will go far!

Hey I’m Alex, and I’m lucky to be the husband of my amazing best friend Sarah, dad to two little princesses, physical therapist (nearly), and enthusiastic podcaster. Needless to say, my life is full of incredible things! If you can’t tell, I’m an endlessly positive guy with a deep well of enthusiasm for the projects I take on.
I also thrive on variety in life. I’ve been a Division I college mascot, blew up hydrogen balloons in front of hundreds of screaming kids, am a published author in a major cancer research journal, try to keep up on my Spanish as a medical interpreter and worked the morning show at my favorite local news station. Random? Definitely. Have I learned great things with each experience? You’d better believe it!
I’m always down for an intense game of Spikeball, a bike ride with all my girls, making homemade Oreo ice cream, or just hiding in a corner with a great personal development book.
I so glad you’re here at Habit Hacked, and can’t wait to both learn from you and share what I’ve gained as I’ve pushed myself to stumble through a wide variety of experiences, always coming out better on the other side!
If you’re ever close to Utah, let me know! Seriously, I’d love to meet up and get in a few rounds of Spikeball together!
